Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The Ascendium Journal of Intelligent Computing and Engineering has a set of basic standards that must be met.

  1. They were composed in the English language.
  2. The submitted article must have a minimum length of 8 pages.
  3. To efficiently store and structure references or manually cite sources, utilize a reference management application like Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote, and opt for the IEEE style.
  4. Ensure that your paper is formatted using the AJICE paper template.


B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested to present the following structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should succinctly convey the study goals, methodology or model used, and the objective while avoiding the use of acronyms or abbreviations.
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 150 to 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a Background (1-2 Sentences), Research Methodology (2-3 Sentences), Results (Minimal 8 Sentences), and the Conclusions (1-2 Sentences).
  3. Section structure. Authors are advised to organize their works using the following section structure: Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.
  4. References. Expect at least 40 references, primarily with 80% to journal papers. The references must be up-to-date references (3 years back). See the guide to writing the references in IEEE


Plagiarism Check
The AJICE Editorial Board will guarantee that every published article will have a Similarity Score of no more than 25%. The AJICE Editorial Board will conduct plagiarism screening using Ithenticate and Turnitin Similarity Check.

References Management
The references and citations adhere to the IEEE Style. The author has the option to utilize reference management tools such as Zotero, EndNote®, Mendeley, or Manual References.

Withdrawn of Manuscript
The author is prohibited from retracting the submitted article because doing so would be a squandering of important resources, namely the considerable time and effort invested by editors, referees, and the Publisher in processing the manuscript. Nevertheless, the authors may propose the withdrawal if there is no new progress review information from our side within seven months
